Safety and Violence in EMS

Workplace safety and violence in general does not get enough attention. It gets even less attention in the EMS world where the general perception of the EMS field can greatly differ from the reality EMTs and Paramedics face. While many debate how to address it, what is not up for debate is its existence, prevelance, and how EMS personnel feel as a result of it.
